The ability to tune in and tune out at will to the sounds around us, is a fundamental human skill. Whether language, communication skills, attention, self-regulation, reading, writing, speaking, singing or acting all depend on "fit" listening. Our well being, energy level, motivation and ability to relate to others are also closely connected to our listening ability. There are two aspects of Listening: Ear-Body Connection and Ear-Voice Connection. |
