Listening Fitness Instructors

Educators and therapists who become Listening Fitness Instructors have been carefully screened, trained, and are supervised by the LiFT Network Educators and therapists who become Listening Fitness Instructors are carefully screened, trained and supervised before they are certified.

Through a Course and Certification process Instructors learn how to incorporate Listening Fitness within their own practice and use it to complement the services they offer.
